Total Victory

As Rebecca Sweeny enters the second half of her first term, the
world is stunned when a terrorist explodes a dirty bomb in Mecca,
Islam’s holiest city, and blames the United States for the attack.
Rebecca and her strongest ally, Guy Pearle, battle enemies
foreign and domestic to tell the truth about what really happened.
