I’m a big fan of this author’s work. I have many titles from him. Last night I decided to try this one. I don’t know what he was saying while I was sleeping but I found myself laughing hysterically I’m my sleep and I’m my dreams. I woke up feeling amazing! I’m all in for the 21 day commitment! Whatever he’s speaking to my subconscious mind, in this work my mind loves it immensely!

Underwhelming book. I tried it out but only ended up being a wasted credit. Maybe it's just not for me.

I normally love all the meditation books but this one has a loud upbeat music track that I just cannot relax while hearing.

The background music was sooooo distractingly!!!!! The music and the volume were no relaxing.

I would recommend this if it weren’t for the music. If the Joel reads this, do you have a version of this without the background noise? I think it would be great to hear your words better. Your voice is soothing. And your words are great
