Not that good
She talks too much over what’s total focus and how common it is, literally over 12 minutes. Then takes you to relaxing state, that we know always takes a little while. But when it comes to the center, it only takes bout two minutes and uses one simple NLP technique of anchoring: remember a time when you were fully focused and then anchor it. She could’ve used all those 12 intro minutes to dig deeper and use a couple more techniques... This audio was a bit disappointing.
