There are so many different ideas about what's healthy and what is necessary to eat to be healthy, I was really happy to read a well-researched book so that I can follow one idea. Love the info on how to start the Mediterranean plan and food prep ideas. I will absolutely be recommending this book to others.

I used to avoid beans because I didn’t know what to do with them. Now I’ve learned not only how to cook them but why they matter. The health benefits are clearly explained. I’ve started adding lentils and chickpeas to my weekly meals. It’s been a great (and affordable) upgrade.

There is so many things I learned from listening to this book, but I especially loved the info on improving our immune system. Fantastic! I love the breakdown of the different foods and how they each benefit us. I'm gonna listen to this again because I don't want to miss any of the important info! There are 65 different superfoods listed here! I really don't want to miss anything. Looking forward to giving these all a try!
