My favorite book

I have read / listened to this book more than any other. Wonderful characters and compelling story telling about the new world’s earliest days.

Terrific rendering of one of my favorite authors, and favorite series. Choice of narrator was perfect for the storyline.

Love this series. own all in soft cover and read them through. Really hearing the added details from the lost treasures!

I like the fact that it could be a non fiction book it's as close as anyone else has been able to do in a variety of novels

Good but missing a little

I really enjoy L'Amour's books but there were gaps in this one. Glad I got this edition that had the explanation in the afterward. still very enjoyable though.
