This book will leave you with grins that you did not know you had within. Questions you didn't know you wanted the answers to. Answers that you didn't know had questions for them. Tears that you thought were held behind walls made of diamonds. Unable to break. To Put It Into Words, this book is an emotional nuclear bomb that is waiting for you to set off. I went from a musical theater kid to the cringe kid on TikTok. The “Imma slide in” to my “divorce cake” idea. Now it’s poetry. Regardless of what genre. I always want to make people feel. To feel seen, heard, safe, understood, or loved. Each word in this book is a tribute to my mother and how she showed me what laughing through the pain means. Playing in your trauma. To marinate in those moments. The ones where you're crying just for it to turn into laughing hysterically. The moments when your eyes catch a glimpse of an idea or a joke. Trying to share it, but can't due to laughing so hard at your joke. The feeling of losing a piece of you. Feelings that sharp pain in the back of your throat before crying.

I put those moments into words. Imprison those moments into printed text. To remind you of the numb you feel. The numbness is just as temporary as numbers on a clock. For they will always change, and with time (and maybe this book). You will too. To Put It Into Words will remind you of all the moments in your life you remember, try to forget, or maybe have already forgotten. Give it a listen, and more importantly!

Make sure you eat, drink (water), and take your meds. I love you, I love you more. Make sure you love yourself, but most importantly! Make sure to love others.

Wonderful Book. So emotional and heartfelt.

I loved the sentiments and after following Kyle for many years, I've coke to realize what some of them are about through the small glimpse we see into his life, and my life experience too. 10/10. always love and supporting the people who deserve it.
