The reading for this was done by AI and honestly I feel the book could have been written by AI as well. Everything written in Ch 1 is just repeated in the other chapters with little to no new insight/information. Also the vast majority of tips (with the exception of the self care tips perhaps) are very vague and therefore not especially useful. You can probably learn everything in this book by simply doing a quick Google search on “time management tips.” Or listen to the first chapter, then save yourself the time and stop there. It is short, so I finished the whole thing, but would not recommend it to others.
