This audio book was very motivational and I received about three bits of information that helped me to focus on time management. This is not narrated but instead a 30 min chunk, taken from a sermon that was given by a pastor. The message was good but ultimately lacking structure. I feel the information could have been delivered in a more clean and concise way. You can only squeeze so much info out of 30 min snippet from a sermon. So, if the religious angle doesn't bother you then it may be worth a listen.
