This array of poems from an award-winning novelist is as varied as a short story collection. Some poems are written for the modern age, some for a timeless age, and many for lovers of all ages (double meaning fully intended). Some address nature as if it were human, or men as if they were many things besides. One poem is dedicated to the Holocaust; another tells a desert fable. Five of the 34 poems are dedicated to the paintings of Danielle Richard.
To E. L. Neve, it always seems that a true poem wraps its sounds around the mind and spells the intellect into believing anything. She hopes you'll listen for a while and see the world through her looking glass.

Evocative, creative and soothing.
E. L. Neve dedicates the book to a collection of 34 short poems, each unique and with different styles. The poems are evocative and address various themes, from love to grief, history, loss, and nature. The audible narration is soothing and enjoyable. Lovers of poetry will find the book quite exciting and interesting.
