I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I learned how to say no without guilt and I am not afraid to need quiet time and I won't make excuses any more. I love my quiet time as it is time to just be me, not be on, not have to look after or look out for others. I will replay portions of the book when I need to, for example, before or after a stressful meeting. Highly recommend it.
