Thirty Second Hug

This book was bought and paid for by immense suffering. Everything I have ever learned has been the hard way, so the lessons I offer here are precious to me.

In this book, I won’t just advocate for hugging, but mega-hugging, at least with someone in your life. I will show what science has shown about the way God has built us to respond and flourish with physical touch, and I will show why more is more when it comes to hugging those you love. The good that a brief hug does is compounded when you hold someone for at least 30 seconds. There is a range of benefits compounded with each second that passes. It is both mysterious and completely understandable from the standpoint of science.
