This book will serve as a reminder of some of the hilarious and truthful phrases of wisdom that my mama shared with her family. Mama was raised in the South during the Jim Crow era. She would say one line phrases and recite poems, that would stay in your head. They would be simple sayings that would make you think about it and then come to understand the humor and wisdom to what was said. This is dedicated to all the mothers and grandmothers that continue to share their wisdom.
