He explains how euthanasia is now being offered to children (without their parents' knowledge), to the disabled and to the mentally ill as well as those who are tired of life. He shows that as euthanasia programmes become bigger so money spent on palliative care is reduced and explains why States and health care providers see much financial gain in promoting euthanasia. He also explores popular myths about euthanasia and points out that death by doctor is not necessarily painless or dignified.
