Nearly a third of Americans under the age of thirty have no religious affiliation, the highest in any recorded generation. In this growing segment of "nones" are many young Atheists who have faced prejudice in their high schools and communities for standing up for their constitutional right of freedom from religion. Interesting take on the young Atheist movement
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes I would. And it wouldn't just be the non religious ones. Not only does Mehta's book explain how important it is for young atheists to be involved in the atheist scene, it also illustrates how our rights are constantly being infringed or outright attacked.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Young Atheist's Survival Guide?
The closing chapter. Mehta clearly left on a high note showing a very bright future.
