The Wyvern & The Witchfinder

On the edge of Bath under the gaze of Solsbury Hill, the village of Larkhall plays host to the ghostly tinkerings of a seventeenth century witchfinder. Local folklore dictates that the witchfinder was driven out of Larkhall by the Somerset Wyvern, and has since taken up spiritual residence in the village as revenge for his earthly humiliation.

A feared village simpleton-cum-petty thief idolises the witchfinder, and after local children persuade him to pick the lock of the long-abandoned Tin Church of Bailbrook Lane, the simpleton flees in terror on his way to a rather messy suicide. From beyond the grave, witchfinder and simpleton unite to unleash even more spectral havoc.

Join an ensemble cast including the village florist, an aristocratic drug-dealer, two elderly sex-starved women, a music teacher, perplexed American tourists, and a group of bumbling Devil-worshippers as they attempt to rid Larkhall of its double nemesis.
