Insightful
This book inspires deeper faith. By describing the distinguishing characteristics of the “ thou and you“ relationship between God and man and describing man’s difference from the animal world, he helped clarify faith as not merely a belief system, but a discovery of our relationship with our Creator who loves us and desires relationship with us. Meaning and significance dispels melancholy and kindles wonder. The Church is described and its role as mother in nurturing this relationship that gives our lives meaning, security, acceptance and significance.
