An important story to be told

I’m glad that I happened across this book. It’s an incredibly important story to tell and I’m glad it was done through the authenticity of interview. That being said it has all the elements of a thrilling tale but told as a personal development story with most of the thrill taken out. Doing it this way gives you a greater feel for the real people who went through these experiences but it wouldn’t surprise me if another author writes Tony’s story and turns it into a more thrilling adventure. So if you want an authentic perspective buy this book.

thrilling, inspiring n sometimes heartbreaking

I loved this book! I love reading stories about strong women. What an incredibly brave soul. Toni hit the ground running and lived life on her own terms. What truly struck me was her bounceback and her taking ownership of her life after her accident. As a society we often dismiss thr plight of less able bodied folks and this tale really shed light on that fact. I found a lot of inspiration in this documentary and I think it can serve as a reminder to us all that life is for living.

Inspiring and amazing book

This book is the amazing story of María Antonieta Osornio, who is a modern and current hero. The writing and narration draw you in and make you feel as though you were a part of the team that interviewed Toni. And then you feel as though you were there as she grew up and continued to learn and accomplish goals. She has lived, and continues to live, a life that is more full and rich than so many of us. My first impression was ‘how does she have the strength to work so hard?’ But now I’m concentrating on making it personal, and finding a way to embrace her philosophy of Every Momont is a Moment.
