Hard to put down good read
from start to finish this is a book that keeps you wanting more! did a great job setting the story some of the scenes i could really visualize. the story has plenty of unexpected twists and turns.it leaves you with questions at the start that will only be answered by more of the story some times with a story i love the history and lore. it was also funny at times and more modern in era then i expected it to be. this was a very good read at first i thought it might be more of another twilight type tale but i figured i would give it a chance and it was way past my expectations in many ways.

Audiobooks ARE for me!
I feel I should make it clear that I typically do not listen to audio books. For a multitude of reasons, I never got into them. This of course has changed with the opportunity to hear new life breathed into this story! The Witch's Daughter is a bold, wry and charming coming of age tale featuring a protagonist who is a refreshingly sharp character in a very colorful world. Having read this book I was very curious to hear it come to life through the magic of audiobook and I am so glad I gave it a chance. The narrator, Meredith Bennie, gave me the opportunity to hear these characters I'd come to love in my own head in a completely different light. Even if you haven't read the book, the story is richly told through her fantastic capability of melting into each and every word, painting a captivating story of magic, mayhem and heart.

Smile on your face!
This audiobook was a pleasure to listen to all around! While listening to it, I randomly found myself smiling or chuckling - it just put me in a great mood! The writing has a wonderful flow to it and the reader did an excellent job of bringing the words from the page to life. If you enjoy fantasy and a good story, I can highly recommend The Witch's Daughter.
