a very practical guide

i love this book. it gives a great framework for new practitioners, and a great check up for those who have hit a plateau.

An Interesting View

A good book for beginners to listen too before moving onto books with more detail. This book has Lovely prompts to follow after some chapters to really think and shadow work.
