Torn between two worlds - a world of enchantment and adventure, and a world of safety yet seclusion - Clarity is at a deceitfully candid crossroads in her life. Can she remain faithful to herself and her star-crossed love in this blood feud of their two peoples?

Will I continue the series (I got the first book gifted) probably not unless I get a code, but it was a fine read

:)

This was an entertaining and creative prologue of sorts to the Salem witch trials. Even though it obviously deals with religion, it doesn't attempt to sneak any Christian values dogma in.

I listened to this at 2x speed.

I was given an ARC of this audiobook in exchange for my review, but that did not affect my opinion.
