Folklore, medicine, and superstition in the Georgia mountains.

An okay story. I may think it more humorous than intended. Herbalogy very detailed. Each of the sisters represent different versions of healing than are often misunderstood. Sarah is the root of folklore and "old wives tales."

The story was interesting and unusual which was a nice twist on many of the books in this genre. However the narrator’s voice would become irritating at different points from trying to incorporate a southern accent in so many characters.
