As the death toll rises and Gwyn struggles with the horrors and sacrifices of war, he comes to understand why the Crow King has fallen, and now Gwyn must face the same path and the same choice.

Better Than The First

As much as I enjoyed Crow King, this sequel manages to be an improvement. Better pacing in the writing, great performance by Logan Stearns, and an emotional rollercoaster of a story. It was the kind of experience that makes me wish the series could be longer. I'll miss Gwyn and Nethaera and all their comrades! Both books worth a read/listen, for sure.

A beautiful, faith-filled, magical story of heroes rising up to defend their freedoms and country against tyranny.

Sad, funny, compelling, emotional and filled with characters that dig into your heart and stay there!💙

I highly recommend it to anyone who loves unique, yet familiar fantasy that holds a deep soul!

Back, Back Again

What an epic conclusion to this fantastic two part series . It feels like coming home, stepping into this epic adventure once again. The classic fantasy vibes, the good versus evil, trope, light, and dark. It was just fantastic. I will say, I’m not a fan of the audio, it is very slow and choppy. But that did not dissuade me from finishing the story. Melissa did an amazing job with this one and I can’t wait to read more of her stories.
