The White Ghost:

. A semi fictional story of Jonah.

This short novel is not a misguided attempt to re-write the book of Jonah, nor does it endeavour to add anything to Scripture. Instead, it's a semi-fictional story which incorporates the entire biblical narrative, whilst at the same time, is an imaginary portrayal of what may, or may not have happened, during that particular time in world history. The time when, the affluent city of Nineveh was evangelized by one man, who had literally been to hell and back, which led to it being spared from destruction.
Perhaps more than anything else, it takes an at times tongue-in-cheek look, at the humanity of a man, as he begrudgingly tries to remain faithful to his calling, whilst at the same time, struggles to come to terms with his own prejudices.
Maybe there's a little bit of the Jonah in all of us?
