In 2023, I reformatted Starting Well, Living and Leading Well, and Finishing Well into condensed scripts for a video training series on each book. In order to format the scripts for 15 to 20-minute videos for each chapter, I had to cut out most of our stories and several biblical references and case studies.

While doing this it occurred to me that these scripts might fit together as a briefer version of Richard Clinton and my original “Well Trilogy” series of books that are about 250-pages each covering the beginning, middle, and ending stages of Dr. J. Robert Clinton’s Leadership Emergence Theory (LET). After some rewriting and reformatting of the scripts, I was able to put together this Well Trilogy condensed “all in one” edition.

For those of you who want to go deeper in your understanding of the biblical basis for the paradigm of Leadership Emergence Theory (LET) in one or more of the three primary phases of life and leadership that we covered in greater detail in our original individual books, you may want to get a copy of Starting Well, Living and Leading Well, or Finishing Well.

If you want to go even deeper or share these concepts with others, I have written a series of books and workbooks that focus on specific concepts that we briefly introduce in this “all in one” edition or the individual copies of our original Well Trilogy.

My desire is that these written resources will inform, inspire, and lead to Christ-like transformation for living and leading in the extraordinary power of a focused life in order to finishing well and leave a lasting legacy!
