This is the third book I have read by this author and they have all been very good. This book was no exception. The book was pretty clean in terms of language and sexual content (maybe 2 swears in the whole book and just light innuendo).

But I would not recommend listening to it around children or really sensitive individuals as there are some very difficult situations and things that happen but they are handled well and the end is good. It is definitely suspenseful and you’re not sure when something is going to happen but there is beauty and love and swoon too. It was also enjoyable to see the characters from her previous books as well.

There is a bonus epilogue from Joel’s POV but you can’t access it in Audible apparently. The narrator says “if you want the extra epilogue, click here” which you can’t obviously if you’re listening. I don’t understand because they had the same MMC bonus epilogue with Gideon and Kate’s story and they just read it but apparently on this one they don’t so can you fix that please in this one? Thanks.
