What happens when the man of your dreams goes off the rails pursuing HIS dreams?

Addison is settled into her new life with Carter in the beautiful, but hot and prickly town of Tucson. Their new business, The Wedding Bells, is doing well and they are both excited about hosting a lovely wedding that will bring both of their families together in blissful harmony.

So, that’s the fantasy.

The reality is that Carter is driving Addison bonkers with his manic personal habits and poor business skills and thinks that throwing money at a problem is the solution to any mishap or minor inconvenience. While they are not even living together yet, Addison is wondering if it’s acceptable for married people to live in separate houses.

Cue the arrival of the families and the fun really starts! Can the whole gang from the Lennox and Lemieux clans co-exist in peace and harmony at a two-week long wedding celebration during monsoon season in the desert?

And what is the groom’s mother hiding and will it unravel the delicate balance of the whole event?

The Wedding Bells is Book 3 in the Meet the Family series, and it wraps up the family dramedy and the romantic future of our favorite couple, Addison and Carter.

I feel bad that I couldn't stomach finishing the story but the narration lacked any emotion or reading speed/nuance to give any life to the story. From what I did listen to the MC came across as whiny and indecisive. Shallow enough to be fine dropping her entire life for a guy who she is not into? To be fair Audible pushed this book on me and I found out later it is book 3 in a series so I felt I was being spoonfed a lot of info in review(which I was).

AI narrator is awful
