Great for beginners... except...
I really liked this little book! it had a lot of tiny hooks to drag new green witches into more than just gardening and thats always nice to see! however the only real complaint I have about it is a pretty important one:
HERBAL SAFTY IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT!
The author kinda throws herbs around willy nilly in teas and doesn't mention in the recipe or when noting some herbs that they can be dangerous and that caution should be exercised. Tbh I don't even remember a them mentioning it past an off hand comment about some plants being poisonous. Its important to annotate such things especially with one of the herbs in a lot of the tea recipes: Mugwort. Mugwort is non toxic but can cause miscarriages.
if you want a light read to get yourself interested in green witchery, whether that be for the first time or to reignite a spark, then perfect! but please do some deep reasurch before ingesting herbs.
