Story seemed good but narration was terrible!

The virtual narrator for this book is terrible. The voice inflection is that of one reading a child’s book very upbeat for every sentence even when the content isn’t upbeat. It mispronounces words like saying resume instead of resume’. Also it’s a female voice for both male and female characters which is not uncommon but it doesn’t change voice tones for either character, it’s all the same upbeat voice. Monotonous!! I only lasted for three chapters, sorry but I’m out! I may try another virtual book to see if it’s the same but if so I’ll be avoiding all virtual voice books in the future!
