Life has not been kind to Charlotte Harding. Orphaned, impoverished and plain-looking, she depends on the charity of relatives who take her in when she has nowhere else to go. Loved Charlotte and Frank!
First, I have had a crush on Philip Battley for quite a few years. His narration and voices are yummy!
The plain, plumpish girl gets the randy viscount. Can't wait for more books. The story was wonderful and very steamy (explicit/dirty.)
Not at all like Austen and Heyer.
