Would you listen to The Veil again? Why?

Yes, and that's unusual for me as I have a voracious appetite for new audio content.

Who was your favorite character and why?

If you've ever seen the original Ghostbusters movie and recall the see-through green creatures munching on things, then this is what I think was being described by the author in some coffee shop.

What does Blake K. Healy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The book itself was excellent, but the hours-long radio-show-like commentary after the book was even better. I think the commentary part is exclusive to the audiobook and it involves three or four friends, including the author.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was extremely pleased to have found a title which really stands out from the abundant, mushy, lookalike crowd out there in this category.

Any additional comments?

I believe that this title will become a thought-leader for its category soon. It deserves it. The ebook is currently available to Kindle Unlimited customers for free, so if you're on the fence and belong to KU, then check it out that way, but the author's own reading is great. Again, the post-book commentary is something not to miss, so, if you can afford it, just go for the audiobook. To the author: GREAT JOB!

Very Inlighting and Informative and Funny!!!

Not only did I fully enjoy the book, loved the enteraction between all three guys!!!

Transparent, humble and honoring of God

Wow!!! This book has brought me closer to how intricately God loves us. Intricate because of His sovereignty and nature, and because of the author’s transparent honesty in navigating his journey.
I loved this book and recommend it to everyone with an ear to hear.

Beautiful Visual of the Spiritual

I love books read by the author themselves. I was sad when I realized I had finished the book, and the second half was just commentary. My son and I could not stop listening. Truly a captivating subject, and beautifully described. I love Blake’s bravery, and shamelessness. It’s up to you to believe.

Life changing!

Astounding, I had no idea how much can be seen in the spiritual realm. I like that the author is the narrator.

Prophetic People! Awesome book

An awesome read for anyone with a prophetic gift and/or anyone one who wants to better understand the spiritual realm, to better understand Gods heart for His people. I love how it's narrated in a way that magnifies God and not so much emphasis on darkness.

NOT another stuffy Christian book...

I loved that I laughed aloud numerous times at the delivery of some rather unexpected content. Really helped me view God in a much more multi-faceted light. An angel with a bazooka: need I say more!?!

Refreshingly believable and practical

I loved this book! I believe that there are countless people that have experienced in some level the types of visions that Blake described. I believe that some of those people are in my family and I have been humbled by getting s glimpse into how they must have felt growing up and not being able to share what they saw . The commentary at the end was priceless and helped put things in a better context. This is what the next generation needs! Better than having them obsess over the mystery of the Twilight series.....This is real and will bring freedom to their lives and freedom in their relationships! I truly enjoyed this book. I no longer feel so out of place.

I like that the author didn’t tell me what to believe but only shared his experience . Where I go from there is between me and God. Awesome read.
