Exciting storyline

Story about a restaurant heiress who is duped by a Chicago crime family con man. She is framed for his death and escapes to another town where she becomes a Harvey Girl. Changing her name and hoping the crime family or the law doesn’t find her she becomes involved in a series of one mishap after another. Well written book with great characters.
