The constant guitar strumming in the background makes this audiobook difficult to sit through—it feels more like a misplaced worship track than effective background sound. The narration is clear enough, but the content itself leans heavily on new age metaphysics. For anyone not already aligned with that worldview, many of the statements and arguments are difficult to follow and come across as unnecessarily lofty.
