This audiobook is a great guide to calm the anxiety you’ve been feeling and get back to feeling tip top. It give you some great tips as to how to calm the brain, with meditations and mantras and then it also links your diet snd nutrition with the way you feel too. Didn’t really make that connection before, I guess if you’re eating badly you’re going to feel bad too, that was a game changer for me. There’s lots of handy tips that I think anyone would benefit from in listening to this book. A must listen for all!

The premise of this book was intriguing to me. A self-help book that breaks down self-wellness on a biological and molecular level is outstanding. This book has taught me how to block out all the noise and truly listen to myself and my body which has been an amazing journey thus far. Chapter 5 on the impact of oxidative stress is so good, and I had no clue what oxidative stress was prior to listening. We all know that antioxidants are essential for removing toxins from our bodies, but I was unaware of the damage that oxidative stress can cause to all of us.
