Not Worth the Price
For the amount of money paid for this and the time invested listening, it was not worth it at all. You would think that instead of a lot of this and that and what is what, you were explained a lot more how to's which there is none. there is no hows in this book its all a bunch of definitions and identifying the issues but not how to resolve. No guide at all. I was looking forward to the time management portion but it was a bunch of useless definitions. if you have hours on end to kill and time management is not an issue for your then go ahead and read this book full of blah
