If practically, the UN and MEMBER STATES could locate, mobilize and empower ONE BILLION SDGs friendly and Tech savvy skilled actors from the 8. 3 BILLIONS Humans on Earth in this year 2025. If these ONE BILLION SDGs Skilled Force are well motivated and empowered with the right physical and digital tools and technologies to act and DISCIPLES JUST ONE PERSON FOR A YEAR on the principles of Social, Economic and Environmental Transformation. The result will prove that by 2026, TWO BILLION PEOPLE would have been lifted from Poverty, Extreme Hunger, Social Injustices and the effects of Climate Change.
With consistent efforts, the TWO BILLIONS PEOPLE transformed in 2026 through ONE-ON-ONE Mentoring, could results into Exponential transformation of FOUR BILLION PEOPLE by 2027. And again, if the FOUR BILLION trained, skills and empowered SDGs Activists through adequate supervisions, monitory, and empowerment with the right Digital and Financial resources to move on to replicate and duplicate same efforts, it will be obvious that by 2028, EIGHT BILLION PEOPLE would have been impacted and the 2030 Global Agenda tactically and gloriously achieved.
SUMMARY OF THE EXPONENTIAL ACTION PLAN DYNAMICS:
1 -BILLION IN ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING =2 BILLIONS in 2025
2- BILLIONs IN ONE-ON ONE MENTORING = 4 BILLIONS in 2026
4- BILLIONS IN ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING = 8 BILLIONS in 2028
By 2028, we could have 8 BILLIONS OF SDGs Activists who would be Socially, Economically and environmentally conscious and responsible to act for humanity and planet earth
As expected, if all these are put into positive action for humanity and planet earth, Oh! What a change world in 2030. This definitely possible and realizable if only we think and act differently now without dely or procrastinations.
While 2029 and 2030 could be used to consolidated, strengthened and perfect all gains of the exercise for the needed global Social, Economic and Environmental transformation.

And this could be made possible through the understanding and the deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Social, Economic and Environmental dynamics applications and deployment.
