If only this was common knowledge

If only this was common knowledge, it would have certainly saved quite a few lives and would have made a positive difference to so many people. Am glad Audible came up with such wonderful and useful short audio books for better sleep. Good work by Alexandra Hayes. Very informative and well narrated by Clarice Mertzger.

Informative

This one was informative, not relaxing. It would have been better served with the rest of the informative sleep audiobooks into one longer listen instead of a bunch of little ones.
