When a young occultist inherits their estranged father’s house, they find more than dust and old memories. Marginal notes hide forbidden lore. Journals whisper about bargains that should never have been made. And the deeper they read, the more the house seems to… notice.

Decent storyline

Decent story, with good details. This
Is a short story, with a slow plot about a warlock, who inherits his father’s mansion and lands library of Tomes. I’m an action plot guy myself. But the story is interesting.

Wish there was more

A relaxing listen to a well-thought-out story about a practitioner of magic. Unique narration that kept me engaged in the story.
