Now that’s a life

I bought this book because I am absolutely in love with Kelly Bishop’s role as Emily Gilmore. I was in complete shock to discover that the life she led was so very different than the life of Emily. You always think that actors who play roles so well are likely very similar in their every day life, but not Kelly. This incredible memoir left me speechless and I found myself lifting up my jaw many times throughout this book. She’s an absolute inspiration and I’ll now hold her even closer to my heart than before. Love you Kelly, I hope you know that you’ve created an incredible legacy that will be remembered for a very long time. <3

Such a beautiful memoir

I didn’t know Kelly Bishop at all outside of Emily Gilmore, I am so glad I picked up this memoir - it made me laugh, it made me cry, it gave me new perspective on topics I rarely find myself thinking about. Highly recommend!

This book attracted me as Im a huge Gilmore Girl fan. I love Emily Gilmore! Fabulous strong witty. Learning about the Amazing Broadway and movie career of Kelly Bishop made my night! I am touched to my core hearing of her incredible love story of her husband Lee.
