The Sweatshop Princess

The year is 1977. The Vietnam War has been lost. The fear that the communist tendrils would spread throughout South East Asia have been realised. In the steamy jungles of Laos a Princess is being sent by her father to what he hopes will be safer shores. She is gripped by fear knowing nothing of this new land or the life that awaits her! The Princess finds herself living the dangerous life of a fugitive, on the run in time of political instability. When her father is tragically killed, she is thrown in with a group of young women travelling to Australia. On their arrival they are taken to a sweatshop run by the sadistic Overseer, Eva. A deep seated mistrust grows between the women and Eva. There is violence. The Princess survives unscathed but decides escape is her only hope. Her plan for escape now dominates her life.
