Fun for adults too!

I enjoyed this clever story of the Bastebiel children and would recommend it even to adults as it is a fun, and easy read and clever, as well

The fun and jolly aspect of the book and the fun tone the narrator spoke in

I loved it all except I wish someone would have made Dora explain why she thought all those things were wrong I agree they were but the little ones like H.O won’t know why

I really liked and enjoyed the part where they were making the medicines for Noal

Grate narration, slow moving story

The narration was awesome the story was very Charming but at times it seemed very slow and it seems that we would lose track of what was happening due to that. We did finish it and we're happy with the ending. In some ways I think this would better read rather than listen to.

Wonderful humorous story of childhood and imagination

The first person viewpoint of one of the Bastable children is entertaining and original. The adventures were a lot of fun to read and very inventive. I loved hearing the details of London life in the 1890s and the problems of getting by in reduced middle class circumstances.
