The constant push for cheating is disgusting
I like to keep an open mind. I was tired of hearing the constant push/pull about the “fated mate” thing in the first book. I was hoping in book 2 changes would happen. Instead they upgraded to trying to force them to cheat on one of another. I had hoped they would have come to a real solution…instead of the solution being “let’s try and force them to cheat”. Geez, the constant shove of the mate bond overshadowed what could otherwise be a rather decent book series. The main female character could have been a kick ass lead, but the book moved along making her whiny and nothing more than a love sick sometimes fighter.
