Thoroughly enjoyed!

This historical novel was very enjoyable to listen to as my first Audible book! Love historical fiction stories!

The Story of things left behind and life that goes on.

The author was very descriptive pulling you into each the feelings and the environment Ruth was in.

He narrative of the book was excellent . I think listening to this book brought more emotion to the event.
