I have listened to the GSD podcast for years and just signed up for the coaching program. When I joined, Mike mentioned this book so I downloaded it right away. This is such a quick and easy read that will leave you with actionable steps to progress forward as well as inspiration to keep going. This book is not only great for business owners but the team as well. I just finished the book and immediately bought it as a Christmas gift for all me leadership team.

It is a must read or listen.
