After finally getting justice for his mother’s death well over a decade earlier, Chet returns home to his intended to find there is a growing problem with orcs. He soon finds out there is an impending major incursion by the orc nation, most of whom are held under a spirit thrall and won’t be attacking by choice.
When his scouts find the tunnel the orcs dug to invade his Barony of Normarch, the young baron must build an entire infrastructure to defend against the coming army hundreds of miles from the nearest point of support.
