One of the best Alex Hunter novel

What a thrill ride. The time travel aspect was what worries me most as it seems out of this world. What thought to be another dinosaur adventure took a quick turn to a Lovecraftian horrors. I love how it it ties in to Grief "Journey to the Center of the Earth" series as well. They have to venture to the center of the Earth at some point right??????!!!! Can't wait for the next novel.

Although this was not Sean best performance though sadly, very asmr =]]

The guys breathing

I dislike that I can hear breathing during the reading. Very distracting and annoying to me

Narrators breathing, drinking water, overall distracting background noises

The narrators air intakes between most sentences was very distracting. At one point you can tell when he takes a drink of water! Not his best narration!

Sometimes you have to fight a monster with a monster… I thoroughly enjoyed this latest adventure in the Alex Hunter series. With unexpected twist and turns, and of course monsters - this adventure has it all! With any new technology, there’s bound to be hiccups along the way. Accidents happen, programs need rewriting and screw ups lead to - in this case, death. Unfortunately, Hawc’s don’t live long, good does not always conquer evil, but when you have the Arcadian there’s hope. Highly recommend this series to all!

The best book out of the series!!!

I love when Alex hunter kicks other worldly creatures in the gut. This book is truly epic and didn’t want it to end. The ending is mindblowing. I can’t wait for the next one!!

Jumanji's fat little Rhino puffing away!

This poor narrator sounds like he's a smoker who just walked up 2-3 stairwells. I keep turning the volume down because, honestly, I dislike listening to folks who swallow or breath loudly. It sounds gross to me, but thats my cross to bare. The annoying sounds come & go so its not bad continuously. This is by far the saddest book of them all. I hope & pray this author keeps giving us great material we can continue to escape with!

Excellent Audible book

I've never regretted reading a book by Greig Beck. You will never get bored, never guess what is coming, or be able to put it down once you start reading. This book had a surprise I did not anticipate. If you're a fan, you'll get it when it happens.
This is the 11th book featuring Alex Hunter. As far as I'm concerned, I'd read 11 more. If you are new to the series, don't worry, you will not feel lost, but it's your loss if you don't read any of author Greig Beck's other books. The audio book is performed by Sean Mangan again, providing nice continuity with other books in the series. - Mr.Bill
