This was a book of truths and fears. Beautifully written. I was moved to tears.

We fight to be seen, for the world to know that we are here, only for us to be forgotten, to be invisible once again; the difference is choosing, whether we are seen or not seen, we give the power back to us. But in our absence, the world goes on. The world always goes on.
