Acerca de esta escucha
In the surreal and captivating narrative of "The Seduction of an English Twat Magnet," John Armstrong takes listeners on an introspective journey through the fragmented psyche of Jean, a man grappling with Dissociative Identity Disorder. This disorder, characterized by depersonalization and derealization, blurs the lines between reality and the myriad personalities that dwell within him. Set against the backdrop of European night trains and the magical light of the South of France, Jean's story unfolds in a series of vivid, dream-like encounters and philosophical musings. From the eerie charm of train tunnels to the mysterious allure of a woman named B, each chapter immerses the listener in Jean's quest for understanding and meaning.
The narrative is punctuated with dark humor, poetic reflections, and profound insights into human vulnerability and the pursuit of truth. As Jean navigates his internal and external worlds, he encounters a cast of enigmatic characters, each adding depth and complexity to his journey. "The Seduction of an English Twat Magnet" is a compelling exploration of the human condition, identity, and the relentless search for clarity in a world filled with contradictions. It invites listeners to join Jean in his mad chase through the abyss, offering a unique blend of existential philosophy and raw emotional honesty.

VERY DIFFERENT BUT INTERESTING
This was a different kind of book than all the others I have read I guess you would call it psychology thriller. The lines were blurry between reality and not real. It definately plays with your emotions in a good way. It uses the short story as a vehicle to travel through the novel. This Novel is exceptionally written. I loved this book. Glad I read it thanks Shane Berthelot
