The structure of the book.

Structured really well and relevant to out daily lives, citations from the Bible are also very helpful to scrutinise the Word further.

This book helped me pull up the handbrake on my life, I am excited to stop, go slower, lean into the present, lean into His presence. I am so thankful for the context, conviction and hope to a slower life, the life of Jesus shared through this book!
