Get your head out of your ass Tess

Loved the first book! And this story was great too- BUTT- I just found Tess’s character to be very self absorbed and annoying this time around. She gets upset at him for making decisions based on how he thinks she’ll feel- then turns around and does it on a MUCHHHH BIGGER SCALE.
But also- Author has ways to go with understanding women….. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The author did a great job at making certain characters truly get under my skin- at the shower?? No one was listening to the bride- I’d be pissed too-
Let’s be honest- Nicky was kinda being manipulative.

“You’re not the same person you used to be- you don’t have time for any of us anymore”….. uummm- ANY commoner marrying into royalty would “change” in that aspect. And shit- they have DUTIES now- they LITERALLY won’t have the time! Lack of time does not mean someone has changed! Ugh- I could go on.
.
But the ability for it to provoke such emotions in me over and over again- is EXACTLY why I think the author did an amazing job!

Funny and swet

I don't think I have ever laughed out loud listening to a book before. But the seen in the night club has tears rolling down my face!

The book is so good that even the male voice cannot ruin it completely

The male voice is too old,doesn’t match the character and does ridiculous imitations of females speaking even when the subject mater is serious. The female interpreter is excellent and the story is very good. Read the written word if you can - the audio book is a waste of $7.

Best series I’ve read in a long time!!

Wonderfully written story. Very funny and heart warming. I bought the book as well and gave it to my sister. She’s hooked too!
