Interesting incite of Royal family

Interesting story regarding Queen Elizabeth's early education and the teacher who sacrificed her own life for the betterment of her country.

Nothing new

Nothing new but then again, I read this story several decades later than the original — so — hear it to get more insight if you already watched the Crown first season - and P. Margaret — pfuii spoileeeeeed

A rare insight into royalty

This to me is a tragedy. I wanted to believe loyalty would be honored or forgiveness would ultimately restore relationships.

This is a well narrated and written book; I didn’t want it to end. The memoir of Marian the governess was a rare insight into the royal family .

Easy listen

If you love the Netflix series The Crown, you’ll love this book. It serves as a nice prequel
